PÊREL VIR ELKE DAG:

(Romeine 4:22-25)

DAAR IS NOU VREDE TUSSEN ONS EN GOD, DEUR ONS HERE JESUS CHRISTUS:

“Deurdat Abraham GEGLO het, het God hom dus vrygespreek.
“Dat hy vrygespreek is deurdat hy GEGLO het, is nie net ter wille van hom opgeteken nie,
“maar ook ter wille van ons wat vrygespreek sal word, ons wat in God GLO wat vir Jesus, ons Here uit die dood opgewek het.
“Hy is vanweë ons oortredings oorgelewer, en Hy is opgewek, sodat ons vrygespreek kan word.

(Romeine 5:1-5)

“God het ons dan nou vrygespreek deurdat ons GLO. Daarom is daar dan nou vrede tussen ons en God, deur ons Here Jesus Christus.
“Deur Hom het ons in die GELOOF, ook die vrye toegang verkry tot hierdie GENADE waarin ons nou vasstaan. En ons verheug ons ook in die HOOP om deel te hê aan die heerlikheid van God.
“Dit is egter nie al nie. Ons verheug ons ook in die swaarkry, want ons weet: swaarkry kweek volharding,
“en volharding kweek egtheid van geloof, en egtheid van geloof kweek hoop;
“en die hoop beskaam nie, want God het Sy liefde in ons harte uitgestort deur die Heilige Gees, wat Hy aan ons gegee het.”

WE HAVE PEACE WITH GOD, THROUGH OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST:

“That is why Abraham’s FAITH was counted to him as righteousness.
“But the words: ‘It was counted to him,’ were not written for his sake alone,
“but for ours also. It will be counted to us who BELIEVE in Him, Who raised from the dead Jesus our Lord,
“Who Was delivered up for our trespasses, and raised for our justification.

(Romans 5:1-5)

“Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.
“Through Him we have also obtained access by FAITH into this GRACE in which we stand, and we rejoice in HOPE of the GLORY of God.
“Not only that, but we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance,
“and endurance produces character, and character produces HOPE,
“and HOPE does not put us to shame, because God’s love Has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit Who Has been given to us.”

(Ek vertrou die Heilige Gees van God om my van die korrekte Skriflesing gedeelte te voorsien elke dag, volgens u behoeftes en verwagtinge. Aan Hom kom toe alle eer, heerlikheid, krag, mag, majesteit, lofprysing, aanbidding, en danksegging, van nou af tot in ewigheid.

(Romeine 4:13-20)

WAAR DAAR NIE ‘N WET

IS NIE, IS DAAR OOK GEEN OORTREDING:

“Dit is trouens nie omdat Abraham die Wet van Moses onderhou het, dat aan hom en sy nageslag die belofte gegee is dat hy die wêreld as besitting sal ontvang nie, maar omdat hy vrygespreek is, deurdat hy GEGLO het.
“As mense deur Wets-onderhouding deelgenote van die belofte sou kon word, sou die GELOOF sy betekenis verloor het, en die BELOFTE sy krag.
“Die wet bring juis die straf van God, want waar daar nie ‘n Wet is nie, is daar ook nie oortreding van die Wet nie.
“Daarom het die belofte deur die geloof, en dus uit GENADE tot Abraham gekom sadat dit van krag sou bly vir sy hele nageslag. En sy nageslag is nie net dié wat die Wet ontvang het nie, maar ook dié wat GLO, soos Abraham geglo het. Hy is immers die Vader van ons almal,
“soos daar geskrywe staan: ‘+Ek het jou die Vader van baie nasies gemaak.’+ Dit is hy in die oë van God, in Wie hy geglo het. God wat dooies lewend maak, en dinge wat nie bestaan nie, tot stand bring deur Sy WOORD.
“Toe daar geen hoop meer was nie, het Abraham nog gehoop en geglo, en só die vader van baie nasies geword, volgens die belofte: ‘+So sal jou nageslag wees.’
“Al was hy sowat honderd jaar, en al het hy dus goed besef dat sy liggaam reeds gedaan was, en dat Sara te oud was om kinders te hê, het sy geloof nie verswak nie.
“ Hy het nie in ONGELOOF begin twyfel aan die BELOFTE van God nie, maar hy is in sy geloof versterk, en het aan God die eer gegee.”

(Romans 4:13-20)

WHERE THERE IS NO LAW THERE IS NO TRANSGRESSION:

“For the promise to Abraham and his offspring, that he would be heir of the world, did not come through the Law, but through the righteousness of FAITH.
“For if it is the adherents of the Law who are to be the heirs, FAITH is null and the PROMISE is void.
“For the Law brings wrath, but where there is no Law, there is no transgression.
“That is why it depends on faith, in order that the promise may rest on GRACE and be guaranteed to all his offspring – not only to the adherent of the Law, but also to the one who shares the FAITH of Abraham, who is the father of us all,
“as it is written: ‘+I have made you the father of many nations,’+ in the presence of the God in Whom he believed, Who gives life to the dead, and calls into existence the things that do not exist.
“In hope he believed against hope, that he should become the father of many nations, as he had been told: ‘+So shall your offspring be.’+
“He did not weaken in faith when he considered his own body, which was as good as dead (since he was about a hundred years old, or when he considered the barrenness of Sarah’s womb.)
“No UNBELIEF made him waver concerning the PROMISE of God, but he grew strong in his FAITH, as he gave glory to God.
